"Kenny took nothing but time to work with me to ensure I got the right bike for my needs. He kept me up-to-date on the entire ordering process and personall delivered my new Switchback to my home. He didn't stop there, he covered the entire bike with me and made sure I understood everything regarding it. He also delivered a helmet and cleaning supplies for me. It is nice to know that "Service" is alive and well. I would be remiss if I did not mention the apparell staff. In my several visits, while awaiting delivery, they made sure I had all the proper clothing I needed and that it fit correctly. The only down side to it all is that there are so many great things to look at and so little time. I am still awaiting for the "corporate survey" to arrive so I can let them know they have a WINNING TEAM at S&P! Thanks again Kenny for your patience, friendship and hard work."

"I was on a trip and had a problem with a lose bolt. It was a Sunday about 11am. The shop was not even open yet. One of the parts guys had just rode in behind me and asked if he could help me. I explained the problem I had and he went in and got the tools to fix me up even with the shop closed. "I have ridden for years and have owned many motorcycles. I purchased a 2009 Road King Classic on February 12, 2010. My wife and I were on our way back from Charleston,WV on the day of the BIG snowstorm, February 5, and stopped at S&P. They were closed and not scheduled to open for another hour. But, the Lead Technician was inside making the morning pot of coffee and saw us. He opened the store, chatted a while and told us to make ourselves at home. I don't know about you, but that sort of customer service is rare these days and I appreciate it and am willing to do business with those kinds of people. "Made my first visit to Marietta Harley a couple of weeks agoo. The ENTIRE staff was very friendly...and it was from the heart. I needed some flanges to mount my new pipes and they were short 1 'c' clip. No problem because one of the parts counter gents had one at home that he offered me so I could get my pipes done asap.....and he only charge me a buck....that's right...one dollar! Yes...they would have ordered the part for me but this was way above and beyond....service with a smile just like the good ol' days. I was also shopping for some new shades and had a pair picked out when 'Danni' showed me some of the special deals that had. I'm one of those 'thrifty' guys but Danni sent me down the road with a GREAT pair of new padded glasses with 3 different lenses AND a case for $30 bucks....I was in heaven! It's VERY obvious that the new ownership is on the right track to making their customers happy! Looking forward to stopping back real soon! Best, Rick "
